1. Symposium will be held online via zoom meeting on 2 November 2024.
2. Workshop will be held offline (Physical Meeting) in Malang on 1 November 2024
3. Participants who choose to participate in Workshop must also participate in Symposium.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received on or before 1 October 2024. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 15 October 2024.

Letter of Invitation

On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participants to attend the Meeting. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply for leave or travel arrangements/ and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Rules and Regulations

• Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Contact Person (listed below).
• The Program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Meeting, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
• All inquiries, changes, and cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat.
• Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced on or before 1 October 2024
• The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
• The participant recognizes and accepts that the Organizers of the MARS VII collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to MARS VII 2024 as well as for general preparation work for the meeting.
