MARS VII Scientific Competition

The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstract for oral and poster presentations. All cases must be submitted ONLINE.

Deadline for Abstracts Submission : 14 Oktober 2024

Notification of Acceptance of Abstract : 21 Oktober 2024

Participant requirement: 

1. Scientific competition could be attended by registered participant of Malang Radiology Scientific Meeting (MARS) VII 2024
2. Abstract file will be selected by committee
3. Participant with Accepted Abstracts will be contacted by the committee
4. Participant with Accepted Abstracts need to send E-posters and the best 3 E-posters will be presented in Symposium
5. Best 3 abstracts will be given Free Symposium Registration fee
6. Accepted abstract will be published virtually in Symposium of Malang Radiology Scientific Meeting (MARS) VII 2024

General Requirement:

1. Abstract should be submitted by Ms-Word formatting before 14 Oktober 2024 at 24.00 West Indonesian Time Zone via email 7thmars2024@gmail.com. File title of Abstract and Subject title in email should be written below: 
   “Abstract_Author’s name_Institution_Tittle”, for example:
   • Abstract_Anantika_UB_ Imaging feature of typical and atypical giant cell tumor of bone
2. Accepted Abstracts, The Best 3 E-poster and Competition Rules will be announced on  21 Oktober 2024 via email 
3. The decision of the jury cannot be contested
4. Accepted abstract as E-Poster must create 1 page E-poster (E-Poster format and requirements will be sent separately via email)
5. Accepted abstract as The Best 3 E-poster must present the E-poster during Symposium of MARS VII (the requirements will be sent via email along with the announcement)
6. For other participant willing to be published on IJRI, may submit their full text by following the writing guideline that could be accessed in link below: https://ijri.ub.ac.id/index.php/ijri/announcement/view/1
7. Submitted abstract should be original and never be published before
8. Abstract type could be research or case report

Abstract must be written by by following guideline:

1. Abstract must be Ms-Word formatting by maximum file 500KB
2. Abstract should be written with font type: Times New Roman sized 10 and line spacing option Single
3. Abstract is written in English by maximum word 250.
4. Abstract must be included: Title, Author, Institution, and Location
5. Abstract section for Research type must be included Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion, Conclusion.
6. Abstract section for Case Report type must be included Introduction, Case Report, Case Discussion, Conclusion.
7. Keyword should be written at the end of abstract about 3-5 words
